Made some forget those other repeated words. Words that get stuck to the soul and sole. Words you want to leave behind. Words that wash in the surf. Repeated words that barrel. Words you ride. Words that make you ditch the stabilisers. Repeated words to stand tall. To be honest. Words that don’t move. Words that make you move. To goose step. To be the early bird. Words repeated in a calendar and on the clock. Those words that are hard to hear but find a way. Mum and Dad’s words. Repeated morning assembly. Words you have to repeat.
